Beginning with the 2016 tax year, Arizona’s dollar for dollar tax credit for contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations has been DOUBLED. As an Arizonan resident, you have the opportunity to contribute up to $400 ($800 if filing jointly) and claim a like amount as a CREDIT against your state taxes through April of 2017.
