The DTA Skills Training participants agreed that their next project should be related to Valentines Day and have plants involved. After dedicating time researching the best plants to grow, they decided to utilize the many succulents around our campus and researched how to replant them, creating the beautiful potted succulents.
These Valentine’s Day succulents sold FAST, thanks to STARS Board Member Katherine C. who was hosting a bridal shower. Katherine mentioned “The potted succulents were used as an attendee gift. They were absolutely beautiful and provided to be not only a gorgeous gift, but also pretty décor for the celebration! Thank you, STARS members for creating such great pieces to share with our guests. I loved the opportunity to tell the women at the shower about STARS too.” Watch Their Journey Here.
