"I have been in this field for most of my life.  I love what I do for many reasons,
but the reason that sticks out the most is that I am happy and fulfilled.  I have so many stories I can share throughout the years, but to sum it up, my passion is when an individual who never thought they could work independently, is willing to come out of their comfort zone, work hard on learning new skills, including following directions, asking questions, and advocating for themselves.  My part in this process is to understand each individual I work with and help them to succeed in ways they never thought possible.  My heart is full of being a part of Employment Program's incredible journey."
